Our rotary head models are of 3 types: single shoulder, double shoulder and 50 degree single shoulder.

Single Shoulder

The welded steel structure is designed through careful FEM analysis.
Final accuracy is achieved by final machining on CNC machines.
The electrospindles that can be installed on this type are those of the SAB 150 family.
The C and A axes are equipped with large Harmonic Drive precision gears.
Version with tilting axis locking available.
Spindles can be installed with power ratings up to 15-24 kW and 24,000 rpm.

Double Shoulder

The electrospindles that can be installed on this type are those of the SAB 150 family.
The C and A axes are equipped with precision gearboxes and are extremely rigid.
Version with brakes on both axes available.

Single-shoulder 50 degrees

Final accuracy is achieved by final machining on CNC machines.
Angle A inclined at 50° to axis C.
The electrospindles that can be installed on this type are those of the SAB 132 family.
